Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Kellum can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Janie, Linda and Mary, I have so many, many memories growing up and spending as much time with your family as mine. Loved Jim and Betty like I loved my own parents. Jim made a point to look after me and Cam both after daddy died and I love him so much for that. I loved working for him as Chief of Police. I could write pages about how much I love Jim, Betty and you three girls and how proud I am to have been a part of the Kellum family growing up! Love and prayers for all!
