Obituary for Mickey Beth Wilson
Mickey Beth Wilson, 79, of Donie, Texas, passed away on May 4th, 2023, at Fairfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after suffering a stroke in September of 2022.
Mickey was born on April 2, 1944, to James Clyde Evans and Ella Verde May Evans in Cumby, Texas. She enjoyed the study of genealogy, completing Sudoku puzzles, sitting on the porch of her lake house, and shopping. She was employed as an administrative assistant for Spring ISD for over 20 years and enjoyed her retirement years living on Lake Limestone.
Mickey was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Wilma Dean Hanan.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ray Wilson; her three children, Cherie Johnson, and husband Frank of Donie; Rayna Bohmann and husband Jason of Houston; and Mark Wilson and wife Jessica of Spring, TX. Mickey has nine grandchildren: Frankie Johnson and wife Katie, Matthew Johnson and wife Sagan, Ryan Johnson, Luke Johnson, Bethany Wilson, Landen Wilson, Annika Bohmann and husband Cole, Andrew Bohmann and Asher Bohmann. She was blessed with one great-grandchild, Bowie. She is also survived by her sister, Lavona Cook of Dallas, nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, and very good friends and neighbors.
