Roland Brackens, 60, of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his residence. Roland was born October 16, 1961 in Fairfield to parents Laverne Henry Brackens and Connie Lee Brackens, Sr. Roland was a 1981 graduate of Fairfield High School and a retired plumber. In addition to his grandparents and father he was preceded in death by two brothers, Mcclenon Brackens and Loftin Brackens; a nephew, Michael Dwyane Johnson.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Laverne Brackens; two brothers, Freddie and Roy Lee Brackens both of Fairfield; three sisters, Sherry Byrd and husband Curtis of Fairfield; Lillie Mays of Fairfield; Betsy Johnson of Fairfield; several nieces and nephews.
