Obituary for VENITA M. WILLS
Venita Marie Wills, 77, of Fairfield, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, June 13, 2021 in Corsicana, Texas. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Fairfield Cemetery.
Venita was born In Galveston to Wilfred ‘Pete” and Agnes Wills on April 26, 1944. She attended school in Galveston and Teague, Texas. She enjoyed spending time with family. She loved to laugh and had a giving heart. She looked forward to her daily visits on the phone with family. Venita is preceded in death by her parents.
Venita is survived by her children, Gina and Randy Martin of Streetman, Texas, Lana and Jason Hager of Corsicana, Texas, and Angela Clem of Liberty, Texas. Grandchildren, Chance and Suzanne Robinson, Cheyenne Robinson, and Lauren Hager. Great- Grandchildren Lyndsay and Clara Robinson. Brothers and Sisters, Wilfred ‘Sonny” and Debra Wills, Sandra and Billy Covington, Gene and Gail Wills, and Andrea and Ronnie Lyles. As well as, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to Fairfield Library Association.
The family of Venita wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the Fairfield community and the staff at the Village of Heritage Oaks for their love and care over the years. She faced many challenges with determination and grit. We are truly grateful for the kindness and grace extended to her over the years from the community.
